Tramadol is a opioid analgesic (Ultram ®; Johnson& Johnson).

In several studies it is shown to improve IELT by up to 3 times if taken 1 to 3 hours before intercourse and is well tolerated.

I had my reservations with this product as previous tries at libido enhancement were only slightly successful. My wife and I were very pleased with the effects of this herbal product. I felt no jitters, or other side affects. All the ingredients are safe. I really have not needed to use it daily- perhaps once a week. The effects seem to last at least a week. I did not purchase this product for 'enlargement' since we are perfectly content with that. But for libido improvement I would highly recommend this product.

At 50 (+) years old, and taking blood pressure, etc. medication that doesn't enhance the atmoshpere, Extenzite is a welcome relief. Although, like many other male enhancement pills, they recommend a daily dose, I prefer to take Extenzite as needed (approximately 1 to 2 hours prior to being with my spouse).
